Our Pets
Welcome to our permanent residents.
Elle-Mae is a 4 year old Newfoundland. She loves water and mud but won't go for a walk with any other but me. She is excellent with the other residents but sharing their food is a must.
Herbert was adopted from a friend who no-longer had the room for him. He is an 11 year old Sulcarta tortoise.
Harry, Georgia, Red and Robyn are all Bearded Dragons, all love their grub and bathtime is particularly fun as long as you are not in splashing range.
Walter, Wilma and Squirt are Yemen Chameleons. Walter as seen here is very friendly and loves nothing more than playing out. Wilma is very shy. Squirt is only 6 months old and we are spending quite a lot of time trying to gain his trust.
Domino and Dice are 2 rabbits, brought to us as they didn't have the room for them and they had no garden. They now live outside with a large run to come and go as they please.
Scruff and Mr Jingles are 2 long haired guinea-pig, they were abandoned in a park and left to fend for themselves. They live with Domino and Dice.
My partner is obsessed with Leopard Geckos and breeds them. This picture is of Stumpy, unfortunately she has passed away now but we will never forget her, she was so funny. We adopted her after her breeder didn't want her due to her stumpy tail.
We also have some smaller tortoises, each has its own special personality.
Last but not least tropical fish.
Most of our pets are rescued in one way or the other, it's just a good job we don't have more room for more creatures !
