Terms and Conditions
Borders
Payments are to be made on arrival, all cheques to be made payable to J Hughes.
Please declare if your pet has any signs of illness or is pregnant. We reserve the right to refuse any very sick pets unless we have agreed to take them prior to arrrival.
We expect bunnies to be vaccinated against fatal diseases such as Myxomatosis so we cannot be held responsible if your pet develops
such an illness whilst in our care.
We will not be held responsible for illnesses/infections provided that we have cared for your pet to the best of our ability.
Owners must be aware that boarding can be a stressful period for some small animals. We will take every care to ensure that your pet's stay is as stress free as possible. However, very occasionally signs of illness can occur in usually healthy small animals as a result of boarding.
We cannot be held responsible in the event of illness.
We are happy to house bonded animals of the same species together. However, animals are housed together at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any fights between bonded animals housed together.
If your pet does show sign of illness whilst in our care and we are concerned for their welfare, we will seek the advice of our local vet. By leaving your pet in our care you are agreeing to pay any vet fees incurred by your pet on collection.
Sadly small animals can become ill and pass away with very little warning. We promise to take great care of your pet and will accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet passes away whilst in our care.
Please ensure that you deliver and collect your pet between the hours of 11.00am and 2.00pm. If you arrive outside of these times we may not be available. If it is not possible to drop off or collect within this time frame please contact us and we will arrange a specific time for suitable for you.
We would be grateful if you would contact us as soon as possible should you need to cancel or
change your booking.
We are situated in a cul-de-sac, please be considerate when parking, please feel free to come straight onto our drive if possible.
Critter Creche has NO public liability insurance and cannot be held responsible for loss or injury to pets left.
We reserve the right to eventually rehome your pet if it is not collected and no contact is made 1 week after the agreed collection date.

Payment to be left upon collection of your dog.
Please declare if your dog has any signs of illness. We reserve the right to refuse to take any unwell dog out unless we have agreed to take them prior to arrrival. We will not be held responsible for illnesses/infections provided that we have cared for your pet to the best of our ability.
Dogs must be sociable with other dogs and children.
Your dog must have a dog tag attached to his/her collar with your up-to-date details on.
By agreeing to Critter Creche to walk your dog, you authorise Critter Creche to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary during the time spent with your dog. Every effort will be made to contact the owner prior to obtaining emergency care. The owner accepts responsibility for any charges related to this emergency care. You also authorise Critter Creche to utilise an alternative veterinarian in the event your regular veterinarian is unavailable.
All dogs will remain on lead unless we are confident that the dog will do a recall and a prior agreement has been reached with the owner.
Please notify your neighbours that Critter Creche will be visiting the property in your absence.
Pet insurance is recommended, Critter Creche has NO public liability insurance and cannot be held responsible for loss or injury to dogs left in Critter Creche Care.
